Insideaha provides professional commercial ventilation system audits, air filtration inspections, and duct cleaning services for large-scale corporate office HVAC systems. Our work includes measuring indoor air-exchange rates, testing high-efficiency particulate filters, and removing mineral dust from duct networks. All services are performed by qualified technicians using calibrated equipment. Reports are based on site-specific measurements and are not guarantees of future air quality.
You agree to provide accurate information about your building's HVAC system and to grant safe access to all areas requiring inspection. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
All content, including inspection methodologies, technical documentation, and proprietary metrics (including Advanced Hydro-Acoustic and Airflow metrics), is owned by Insideaha or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Reports generated for your facility are licensed for internal use only.
Insideaha provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and you must destroy any copies of proprietary materials.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
